DAYS INN LADIES LEAGUE
2013 Season
 
2013 = 18 teams. 
 
Season starts May 13th 2013
 
1- Use YELLOW "gold dot" balls, each team should get a dozen to start off season.
 
2- The SAME Homerun rules from last year applies this year.
 
3- -If a team Forefeits a game they will be fined $50 and that $50 will be paid to the team they forefeited against not the league. The scheduler (me) will be keeping track of forefeited games. Payment can be arranged through me or the opposing team ASAP after forefeit. Teams must have their moneys or proof of payment to the opposing team into me by the end of the regular season.  If  payment is not received by the deadline that team will not be eligible to play a single game in the playoffs and will not be eligilbe to play in the league the following year until paid in full. There will be no exceptions.
CLARIFICATION: a forefetit is when a team doesnot have a enough players to field a team to play the game they forefeit against. The team that foreits must pay the $50 but has the option of rescheduling the game or taking the loss. A game is not a forfeit if the team that can't field enough players, contacts the opposing team's rep to reschedule. This must be done within a reasonable ammount of time (enough time to contact his players). 4-- For ALL plays at home the WHITE PLATE & BLACK MAT can be used by both the runner and catcher.
 
5-- The 1st half season all teams will play each other once and ranked 1-18. The 2nd half teams will be split into 2 divisions and each team play other teams in their division once.  Odd ranked teams in one and Even ranked teams in the other. Total points from both halfs will be used to rank teams 1-18 again. Suggestions will be made on how to setup the playoffs. ONE rep from each team will vote on which will be used.
